We are a boutique dog boarding kennel business near Heathcote in Victoria (Taungurung Country), set on a beautiful 45 acre property.

Conveniently located only one hour from Melbourne Airport, between Kilmore and Bendigo and on the Northern Hwy enroute to Echuca.  We have a customer base covering much of Victoria.

Owned and operated by Cameron & Trevor, along with our two dogs (Molly the Golden Retriever and Kevin the Dalmatian.  RIP our beautiful boy Dave (Hungarian Vizsla) and sweet Edith (Tabby cat), we will always miss you both.

We pride ourselves on the care and attention we give to your dog. Not only do we provide a clean, spacious place for your dog to stay, but we will have your dog’s health and well-being in mind at all times. Your dog’s welfare and happiness is of the utmost importance to us. We deliberately only take a manageable amount of dogs so that we can ensure all dogs within our care get personalised attention and plenty of human interaction.

Either short-term or long-term we invite you to consider allowing us to take care of your dog for you.  If you have the time, we invite and welcome you to make an appointment to view our facilities before you make your decision as to whether or not you would like us to take care of your dog.  Otherwise we have a virtual tour on our website to guide you through.

We will welcome you and your dog on arrival at Heathcote Boarding Kennels, and during their stay, we will make sure they receive the utmost in quality care. Our focus here is on security and safety for your pet, and of course, human socialisation.

Night accommodation is secure, air-conditioned and heated, in the morning your dogs will enjoy a walk through the property or a swim in one of the dams.  They will then spend much of the day in our day accommodation which is very spacious.

We welcome your advice on your dog’s behaviour with people and other dogs. Please let us know at your time of booking.
